Sessions usually range between 75 to 90 mins.
Most of my clients prefer the convenience of a Zoom call or phone session, but I also enjoy meeting clients personally who are local to the Northern Sacramento area either at their own home, or at a mutually agreed upon location.
If you’d like me to travel outside of my home area, let me know as there are travel fees associated with this service.*
6-week package via Zoom: $995.00 ($1,170 in-person)
- One session per week.
- Clients may select 1 of these sessions to include family members during which I actively coach the implementation of new skills.**

- Best for clients who desire an introduction to a compassion-based approach to family life and to add some basic new skills to their parenting.
12-week package via Zoom: $1,795.00 ($2,160 in-person)
- One session per week.
- Weekly client homework and accountability.
- Clients may optionally select two sessions to include children during which I reflectively coach the practice of new skills.
- Text and Whatsapp video chat support.
- Written program summary at the end of the program with suggested resources and strategies tailored specifically to the client to facilitate continued growth.****
- One complimentary “tune-up” session 6 weeks after completion.
- Best for clients who desire deeper immersion in a compassion-based approach to family life and desire some coaching using new skills.
16-week package via Zoom: $2,245.00 ($2,720 in-person)
- One session per week.
- Weekly client homework and accountability.
- Clients may optionally select four of these sessions to include children during which I reflective coach the practice of new skills.
- Written program summary at the end of the program with suggested resources and strategies tailored specifically to the client to facilitate continued growth.****
- Two complimentary “tune-up” sessions 6 weeks and 10 weeks after completion.
- Best for clients who desire to master a compassion-based approach to family life and desire more coaching using new skills.
Payment for all programs is due on or before the first session. I am happy to discuss a payment plan should my fees present an obstacle to working with me. Payment plans are assessed an additional 15% of the package fee. In addition, if you have completed a coaching package and would like to continue, coaching sessions are billed at the normal session rate unless a second package is purchased in advance.

*I am willing to travel through the Northern Sacramento Area for in-person home sessions when necessary or highly beneficial. I do not travel beyond 10 miles from my home office. If clients would like in-person coaching beyond 10 miles from my home office, my travel rate is an additional $25 per session. Many thanks for your understanding.
